服务条款与数字商品说明
English
YANA (“the Answer Book”) is an entertainment experience on the web and as a Telegram Mini App via @yana_answer_bot. It is not medical, legal, financial, or professional advice. Deep reading is entertainment too: cards and AI text are for atmosphere and reflection. Outcomes are not guaranteed, predicted, or promised.
The only paid digital good is one consumable deep reading (SKU deep_reading) for that draw (draw_id), priced at 9 Telegram Stars (XTR). The website stays free for drawing cards, short reading, and sharing. Mini App short reading stays free. Stars are charged by Telegram; we do not run a third-party checkout inside Telegram.
Unused deep reading is refunded automatically after 24 hours. Duplicate charges and payments by the wrong Telegram user are refunded automatically to the payer. For other disputes, contact us through the bot; the operator may refund manually.
Starting a Stars payment means you have read and agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
Telegram Support does not handle this bot’s orders, payments, or refunds. Use /paysupport (or /support) in this bot.
We may refuse or refund an order we cannot fulfill.
